YouTube Organizer is a web-based application that allows users to organize, categorize, and manage YouTube video links. The Service provides features including folder management, video categorization, tagging, notes, and premium features for enhanced storage capacity.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Sign in using a valid Google account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free and Premium Services

4.1 Free Plan

  • Limited to 20 video links
  • Access to core features including folders, categories, and tags
  • No time restrictions

4.2 Premium Plan

  • One-time payment of ₹999
  • Unlimited video storage
  • All free features included
  • Lifetime access with no recurring fees

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Use the Service to spam or distribute unsolicited content
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service
  • Store or organize content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you add to the Service, including video URLs, notes, tags, and organizational structure. The Service merely provides a platform for organizing links to YouTube content. We do not claim ownership of any YouTube videos or content you organize.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PDF Mock Tests and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Payment Terms

  • Premium upgrade is a one-time payment of ₹999 (Indian Rupees)
  • Payments are processed securely through Instamojo
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payment must be completed to activate premium features
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or other legitimate reasons without prior notice.

11. Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup of any critical data. We provide an export feature to download your organized video collection.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Violate the Acceptable Use policy

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDF MOCK TESTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF Mock Tests and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
