- You have not significantly used the premium features (stored fewer than 50 videos)
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request

4. Technical Issues
We will issue a full refund if:
- The Service experiences significant technical problems that prevent you from using premium features
- We are unable to resolve the technical issue within 14 days

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same upgrade, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

- Change of mind after the 7-day period

The free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any financial transactions. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for free plan users.
12. Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that payment gateway processing fees charged by Instamojo are non-refundable. These fees are deducted by the payment processor and are outside our control.
13. Fraudulent Transactions
If we detect fraudulent activity or misuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny refund requests and may take appropriate action, including account suspension.
14. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
